preparing for this debate. mitt romney is already here. he's been behind closed doors preparing for this debate. we're told aides are working on him keeping his cool. not appearing irritated when he's challenged. which he's sure to be at this debate. now, on the other side, president obama is working with aides to keep his answers a bit shorter. they don't want him to be long-winded. but also to be more aggressive. it's the issues people are really listening for here. the debate is divideded into six segments. 15 minutes each. they're going to talk about the economy. and jobs. and health care. and the role of government. a number of things. what they want to try to do in those 15 minutes is really get in depth. get beyond the canned answers. and try to get in depth. so that voters can hear some specifics about how they want to create jobs or how they think the government should be involved in health care. that's what we're expecting here at the richie center tonight. the candidate's doing their final walk-through this afternoon. marla. >>
